Question by kunoichipowergirl: Won't give him sex unless he's taken the test?

I allready know that sex with my boyfriend is quite a while off (at least, that's what I'm thinking, he may be thinking that he'll get some sooner), and today I asked him if he's ever been tested for pretty much any form of STDs. He said he did take the test (before the school year started), and he had nothing.

It's not that I DON"T want to trust him, it's just that he has no proof. Apparently, I'm going to have to take his word. But one of my friends got me thinking twice before I do any form of sex without having him tested. I'm a virgin, and he's not. So I'm worried that he might have something.
So the thing is, I know how guys sometimes lie about things like this when they want sex.
SOOOO i wanna know:
-What is your opinion on the situation
AND/OR
-For anyone that has been tested for STDs before, do they give you a paper or something that shows the results of the test?
-Any other input on an STD test? Cause I'm serious, if we ever decide to have sex and he has no proof, I'm not taking his freakin word, I'm going to have him tested, whether he sincerely has done it or not.
